We understand Your Needs
Next, your Advisor will meet with you to learn more about your needs, preferences, and concerns. This relaxed, in-person meeting helps us understand your situation and build trust with your family. Together, we’ll work toward a plan that everyone feels good about—so you can move forward with confidence.

Step Three

COMPLETE a Nurse Assessment
If required, a registered nurse will complete a care assessment—either through the community or independently for adult family homes. Your senior advisor will help coordinate the visit and support you every step of the way.

Step Four

Find the Right Community, Together
After we understand your care needs and lifestyle preferences, we’ll help you explore senior living communities that truly feel like the right fit.
Your Senior Advisor will personally accompany you on community tours, making sure the right questions are asked and your concerns are addressed. Before each visit, you’ll know what to look for—and afterward, we’ll review each option together to help you make a confident decision.
We’ll also connect you with trusted local professionals for added support, including help with Veterans benefits, Medicaid, elder law, home health, and more.

Settle In with Confidence
Once you’ve moved into your new senior living community, we don’t just step away. Your Senior Advisor will check in with you and your family to make sure everything feels right and you’re comfortable in your new home.
If any questions or concerns come up, we’ll be here to help resolve them quickly—because your happiness and peace of mind matter to us.

Our services are free for most families. Paying privately for an adult family home or senior living community, typically means we’re paid by the place you choose— at no cost to you.

We are legally not allowed to accept payment from the state, via Medicaid. In those cases, a friend or family member may choose to pay for our help.

Our personal, continued consultation services are billed at a simple flat rate: $50 per hour. Every situation is unique, and we’ll always discuss any costs up front—no surprises.

Washington State has strict rules for senior placement services, which means we’re required to provide clear forms for a Disclosure of Services and a Release of Information.
